Fertility Awareness Sessions with Devyn Beeton
Meet Devyn Beeton. She is an Intern with Justisse College International teaching Fertility Awareness. She is also a Registered Nurse with experience in the Operating Room, Teaching and Surgical Quality Improvement.
Fertility Awareness is a method of charting the menstrual cycle to determine fertile and infertile days. This awareness can be used to avoid pregnancy, achieve pregnancy, monitor overall health, support coming off hormonal birth control, prepare for menopause during the perimenopause years, and can be used whether cycles are regular or irregular. Fertility awareness can also be useful for those experiencing PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, and other premenstrual symptoms and for those breast/chest-feeding.
Join Devyn for a two hour introductory session to the Justisse Method on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 6pm via Zoom. During this session, we will review reproductive anatomy and she will introduce you to how to chart your menstrual cycle. If you have questions, please feel free to email Devyn at peakfertilityawareness@gmail.com. You may also check out her Instagram @peakfertilityawareness
